This agreement governs your use of Tag Scores and all linked pages ("Site"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE SITE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS MADE BY TAG SCORES IN THE FUTURE. IF, AT ANY TIME, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE SITE.

Tag Scores reserves the right, at its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes made by Tag Scores.

Use of the Site requires registering with Tag Scores a valid username and password. You are responsible for providing Tag Scores with accurate, complete and updated information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of any account you have with Tag Scores. Upon selecting a username with the Site, you may not (i) create a username with the intent to impersonate another user, (ii) use a username that is subject to the rights of a person without their appropriate authorization, or (iii) use an offensive or vulgar username. Tag Scores reserves the right to cancel or refuse registration of any user at its discretion. Tag Scores is not responsible for lost or stolen passwords.

Tag Scores complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and does not permit registration by and will not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you do not qualify, do not attempt to register for any services available on the Site.

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the services provided by Tag Scores for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) abuse, harassment, impersonation, intimidation or threats directed at any other Tag Scores users; (ii) using Tag Scores for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including any solicitation intended to obtain personal information from any other Tag Scores users; (iii) creating or submitting unwanted email, or spam, to any other Tag Scores users; (iv) violating any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyrights; (v) using any robot, spider, or any automated means to access the Site; (vi) taking action against the Tag Scores infrastructure, interfere with the proper working of the Site, or bypass any security measures Tag Scores uses to prevent or restrict access to the Site; (vii) or selling or transfering your Tag Scores account.

By submitting information, pictures, or videos ("Content") for display on the Site, you represent and warrant that you own all rights in the Content and you agree that the Content will be subject to the Creative Commons Public Domain License. The foregoing does not apply to any Content on any external sites to which the Site links.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Tag Scores, its affiliates, customers, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys, fees and cost) from use of the Service, violation of the Terms of Service by you, infringement by you, or any third party using your Tag Scores account.

The Site may provide links to other sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Tag Scores is not responsible for the availability of such links and is not liable for any material available from such sites or resources.

Tag Scores may terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or concent. If you wish to terminate your Tag Scores account, simply discontinue using the Service.

The Site is the property of Tag Scores. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit or distribute in any way any material from the Site.
